Agreement
By accessing or using CPA Retain you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CPA Retain provides client retention software for accounting firms. Features and availability may change from time to time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other customers.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us the rights needed to provide and improve the service on your behalf.
Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the order form or online subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination, your access ends and we will return or delete customer data on request.
Disclaimer
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
